New York Judge says Dell guilty of false advertising
A New York state judge says Dell Inc. engaged in repeated false and deceptive advertising of its promotional credit financing and warranty terms to consumers.
New York State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo’s office said they have received numerous complaints.
